Terri Burnside

REACH Ecosystem Manager


Terri is experienced in administration and organizational management from positions she has held in retail management, construction office management, over 16 years as a ministry director in a large church, and providing executive assistance to The C12 Group of SW Florida. In 2011 she joined Doug Poll as his Administrative Assistant. In 2016, with Doug’s move to C12 Group SW Florida, Terri took the reigns at Developing People Group. She is REACH Ecosystem Certified and responsible for client services associated with the REACH Profile, REACH Culture Survey, REACH 360 and the associated Corporate Training and Coaching tools.

Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Terri and her husband, Dean, have called Sarasota, Florida home since 1982. They have two married sons and 3 grandchildren.

Doug Poll

Founder


Doug has spent his working life developing and coaching people. After spending 20 years in radio and television, including leading a start up radio station in Florida for 15 years, he launched his own company called Doug Poll Group in 2009. The focus was coaching business executives and leaders in the for-profit and non-profit sectors in Florida and around the country. In 2015, Doug stepped away from DPG to become a C12 Group Chairman in SW Florida. C12 Group is the fastest growing Christian peer to peer roundtable for executives and CEO’s in the country today.

Doug is a Certified Professional Life Coach (CPLC), a Master Strengths Coach through the Roy West Companies and also certified in the REACH Ecosystem which includes psychometric assessments like the REACH Profile, REACH 360, and the REACH Culture Survey.

Doug’s passion is to influence the influencers. Poll states, “My personal vision is to passionately engage people in finding God’s purpose for their lives and their businesses.”

He is married to his teenage sweetheart Kristen. They have 4 children, 2 boys and 2 girls, and a daughter-in-law. He and his family attend The 360 Church in Sarasota where he helped launch the Xchange Discipleship program and also provides leadership coaching to the staff and is a member of the church board.

The work of Dr Douglas Waldo is the foundation for the coaching offered to DPG clients through his development of the Leading Dimensions Profile (LDP) assessment which has continued to develop into what is now the REACH Ecosystem. Dr. Waldo has decades of experience in the psychometric profile arena and also in consulting companies in strategic leadership and organizational development. He is a consultant, publisher and professor with over two decades of experience in assessing, developing and coaching leaders. He is a member of the board at OrgDev Institute.
