Terri Burnside

Developing People Group Director
Terri is experienced in administration, organizational management, and training through positions she has held in retail management, construction office management, ministry direction in a large church, and providing executive assistance to C12 Business Forums in SW Florida.
In 2011 she joined Doug Poll as his Administrative Assistant. In 2016, with Doug’s move to C12 Business Forums of SW Florida, Terri took the reigns at Developing People Group. Terri is a Certified REACH Ecosystem Practitioner and experienced corporate coach and trainer.
Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Terri and her husband, Dean, have called Sarasota, Florida home since 1982. They have two married sons and 4 grandchildren.

Mitch Lomazov
REACH Development Coach

He has a passion for speaking on communication, confidence building, and personal development. Mitch was recognized as one of Sarasota’s 35 under 35 by SRQ Magazine and the Most Valuable Professional of the Year under 40 in Manatee County.
Mitch dedicates his time to helping individuals lead lives at their utmost potential and equipping them with the skillsets to pursue their professional and personal goals.

Doug Poll
Founder
I have built and led companies the last 25 years that have allowed me to use my talents for God’s greater purpose. My personal vision is to passionately engage others in finding God’s purpose for their lives and business.
After spending 20 years in radio and television, including leading a start up radio station in Florida for 15 years, I launched my own company called Developing People Group in 2009. The focus was coaching business executives and leaders in the for-profit and non-profit sectors in Florida and around the country. In 2015 I became a C12 Business Forum Chairman in SW Florida. I work with Christian business owners and executives and help them build great business for a greater purpose.
I’m a Certified Professional Life Coach (CPLC), a Master Strengths Coach through the Roy West Companies and also certified in the REACH Ecosystem which includes psychometric assessments like the REACH Profile, REACH 360, and the REACH Culture Survey.
I’ve been married to my teenage sweetheart Kristen since 1991. We have 4 children, 2 boys and 2 girls, and a daughter-in-law!
Caleb Poll
Social Media Coordinator
Caleb is a motivated and professional presence in any work space and has experience in different industries and professions. Caleb is completing his education at Asbury University and will graduate in 2024 with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Business Administration. He is passionate about the game of baseball. He has played since he was three years old, and currently plays at the collegiate level for Asbury University. Caleb joined the DPG team as a social media coordinator in 2023 in addition to pursuing his education at Asbury. He has lived in Florida his entire life and hopes to live there the rest of his life.
Dr. Douglas Waldo
DBA, SPHR-SCP, CFLDP
The work of Dr Douglas Waldo is the foundation for the coaching offered to DPG clients through his development of the Leading Dimensions Profile (LDP) assessment which has continued to develop into what is now the REACH Ecosystem.
Dr. Waldo has decades of experience in the psychometric profile arena and also in consulting companies in strategic leadership and organizational development. He is a consultant, publisher and professor with over two decades of experience in assessing, developing and coaching leaders. He is a member of the board at OrgDev Institute.
Erica Short
Client Care
Erica is a southern girl through and through. She has lived all over the Southeast and wouldn’t want it any other way. She has extensive experience in administrative work on an executive level. She has lifelong experience in ministry in different capacities and roles. She has a wonderful husband, Dustin, and two daughters.
